*Once we agree on the prices, you can pay the full of price immediately, or you pay 50% of the agreed price and the remaining balance before receiving the service.
*In case of payment disputes, Legacy Heritage Tours reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking.
- The clients must provide valid documents such as Passport, ID, Visa. when required for the bookings
*Clients are expected to adhere to the guidelines provided by tour guides and drivers for safety and security.
*We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
*Client information collected for booking purposes is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
*If there are changes to the service you requested for company reasons, we ask that you change it at your convenience time, but some services may require you to pay an additional fee, Depending on the season.( Hotel reservation, Airline tickets, Gorilla Permit )
*Legacy Heritage Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
